We all love high heels, we all look gorgeous in them, but we need to be able to walk with them. There are some rules that if you follow I am sure you won't fail:
- Buy your high heels half a size bigger.So if you get a blister or your feet get swollen you will not feel uncomfortable.
- When wearing high heels, most of your weight is on your toes, which means that you are moving differently when you wear high heels than when you wear flats. There should be an equal distribution of this weight.
- Make bigger steps. By doing this your body moves backwards and you look more elegant.
- Practice makes perfect. Wear you favourite heels and walk around your office, kitchen and living room. You will get better at it and you will feel more confident.
